I’d really love to add value to Infolio’s client offering and hope to show you how and tell you a little about Katie Sargent Design.

Katie Sargent Design is based in St Kilda West.

My Clients

I work within the high-end residential sector, generally in Melbourne’s Bayside, although I have projects on the Peninsula, in the High Country, interstate and internationally.

I work with clients on their primary residence/holiday homes as I find they tend to invest the time, energy and means into these homes, allowing us to create something truly special together.

My Projects

I come alive when designing or refurbishing period homes.

I undertake full renovations - in conjunction with a client’s architect and builder.

I also work on soft refurbishment only projects.

My design fees start at $11,000.

How Can I Help You?

Sometimes I imagine when your clients are looking at potential homes, the property is not quite reflective of their aesthetic and lifestyle and needs some work.

Sometimes the work is small; a lick of paint or new carpet is all that is required.

Perhaps the floor plan is broken and needs some creative thinking to maximise space, the view, or the light.

Perhaps your client is a downsizer and is starting again with their furniture.

Or is your client too busy to deal with any of the above and needs a designer to seamlessly take a brief and quietly deliver a delightful interior solution?

Perhaps your client needs an objective opinion on the potential of a home before making an offer.

I have worked and continue to work with clients on projects in all of these scenarios and would love to become a trusted ally of yours when working with clients who are about to purchase or have purchased a home.
